Sonya has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years.  A Licensed Property Manager for 24 of those years, Sonya has been awarded several awards for outstanding service during her career in property management. 

Sonya commenced her career in real estate as a sales representative for one year then stepped into the property management arena.  Property management has proven to be Sonya’s forte & passion as her record of loyal & satisfied landlords will attest.  Having worked in Ellenbrook for the last 4 years as a Senior Property Manager, Sonya has enjoyed observing the local area grow and prosper. 

During this time, Sonya has also had the pleasure of assisting home owners with the management of their property, from determining the highest and most realistic rent achievable for a property, to screening for high calibre tenants, arranging maintenance and repairs and reducing vacancy rates.  Having managed a variety of rental properties over the years, Sonya can execute all aspects of property management.  Sonya prides herself on delivering professional and personalised service and looks forward to assisting you with all your property management requirements.
